Q: Cooking instructions? How do I make them? Thank you.

A: 'Hi, our grits can be easily prepared on the stovetop or in the microwave. cooking instructions are provided on the back of the package, but I will also provide them here. Stovetop Instructions: Bring 1 cup water & 1/4 tsp salt to boil. Stir in 1/4 cup grits. Return to boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Stirring occasionally, cook 10-15 minutes. Add butter to taste. Makes 1 serving. Microwave Instructions: Combine ingredients in microwave safe bowl. Stir, cook 4-6 minutes depending on microwave wattage. Stir, let sit 1-2 minutes or until cool enough to eat.'
